Jiangsu Baoshi Heat resistant Technology Development Co., Ltd., formerly known as Dongtai Refractory Equipment Factory, is located in Dongtai City, an excellent tourist city on the coast of the Yellow Sea. It is one of the earliest enterprises in China to produce lightweight bricks and also the first refractory material production enterprise in Dongtai. The company was founded in October 1975. Through nearly 50 years of accumulated innovation, the company has acquired proprietary technology and has won honors such as "Comprehensive Quality Management Standard Enterprise" from the Ministry of Agriculture, "Star Enterprise" from Jiangsu Province, and National High tech Enterprise multiple times. Having multiple invention and practical patents, multiple products have been rated as national level new products and have won the Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Progress Award. Successfully participated in the drafting and formulation of multiple refractory material standards, and "Baoshi Brand" has been rated as a Jiangsu Province famous brand. For decades since its establishment, the enterprise has been continuously developing and growing through its own efforts with the care and support of people from all walks of life. At present, we have two sets of automated batching systems, five extrusion molding production lines, five cutting and processing production lines, two automatic temperature controlled high-temperature tunnel kilns, one high-temperature shuttle kiln, three press molding production lines, and two automatic batching amorphous refractory material production lines, with an annual output of 20000 tons of various refractory materials. The enterprise has passed the IS09001 quality management system certification and safety production standardization certification, providing customers with high-quality and reliable products. We have offices in ceramic production bases such as Foshan in Guangdong, Jinjiang in Fujian, Gao'an in Jiangxi, Linyi and Zibo in Shandong, and Faku in Liaoning, providing high-quality and convenient services to our customers at any time. We have established good cooperative relationships with steel companies such as Taiyuan Iron and Steel, Ansteel, Baosteel, Baogang, Nangang, Maanshan Iron and Steel, and Wuhan Iron and Steel. We are long-term partners of kiln equipment manufacturers such as MCC, Zhonggang, China Electronics Technology Group, Germany's Loy, Italy, and Japan. The enterprise has established extensive cooperation with Luoyang Institute of Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, and Beijing University of Science and Technology, continuously absorbing advanced technology, optimizing production equipment, innovating production processes, grasping the pulse of industry development, and leading the trend of industry development. The enterprise has a third level qualification for metallurgical construction general contracting, providing customers with excellent product and system solutions for different equipment and projects, coordinating the contracting of a package of refractory material projects, optimizing resource allocation, reducing project costs, and winning social benefits.
